Affilatoio DRY is a professional dry sharpener, it can sharpen all types of knives and scissors and is particularly suitable for large blades such as axes, cleavers, etc.
The felt buffing wheel with abrasive paste can be used for precise deburring operations; the abrasive sharpening paper allows the machining of the cutting edge and the blade discharge angle, thanks to the 2 working positions on the abrasive paper: upper flexible and lower rigid and supported.
Affilatoio DRY is a complementary sharpening machine to the other machines in the Affilella range, it can be used for all work on continuous wire blades with particularly thick blades.
Affilatoio DRY is supplied with a replacement abrasive paper and a stick of finishing paste for the buffing wheel which ensures a high quality finishing.
